Okay, now we're going to give you a few tips on how to get your driving posture a bit better.

First, the seating height - it should be around halfway up the glass. When we think about the distance to the pedals, if we fully extend our knee it's not going to be a good case - I want to have my knee bent 20 to 30 degrees while I do the braking, so I will grab the seat and pull it forward. Now when I press the brake down there is a nice angle in the knee.

What is a good angle for the backrest? It should be around 100 to 110 degrees - if you are sitting in a more reclined posture than that, it's not going to end up well. In this case, when the particular car doesn't have good lumbar support, I would use gloves or a small pillow to put over here if I'm driving longer distances, and then set the angle to around 100 to 110 degrees so it should be quite comfortable. If you make it too upright, you will feel like you're leaning forward, and if it's too reclined, you'll feel like you're sliding down. ---
